Refund and Returns Policy

At GreyAlex Connect, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality appliances and a smooth shopping experience.
Please read the following Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and protective packaging must be included.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use, installation, or tampering.

  • The original box or packaging is missing or damaged.

  • The defect is caused by improper usage, mishandling, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.


🔧 2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, faulty, or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear pictures or videos showing the issue.

  3. We will inspect and verify the defect.

If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the same item

  • Store credit

  • Full refund (only if replacement is unavailable)

Damage caused by handling after delivery is not covered.


🚚 3. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement or full refund after verification.


🔁 4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for purchase.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


📦 5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used appliances

  • Items with damaged or missing packaging

  • Items without serial numbers or warranty stickers

  • Clearance, discounted, or “last price” items

  • Digital services or items marked “non-returnable”


🔁 6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, subject to stock availability and item condition.

Price differences (if any) must be settled before the exchange is completed.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Many of our appliances come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Power surge damage

  • Incorrect installation

  • Improper use or negligence
