✅ 1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and protective packaging must be included.

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:

The product shows signs of use, installation, or tampering.

The original box or packaging is missing or damaged.

The defect is caused by improper usage, mishandling, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.
🔧 2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, faulty, or damaged product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear pictures or videos showing the issue.

We will inspect and verify the defect.
If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
Damage caused by handling after delivery is not covered.
🚚 3. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement or full refund after verification.

If your refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for purchase.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
